What got you into fitness?
I went to school on the edge of Derbyshire and, if you were any good at cross country, you got to do a longer run and stay out running while the rest went to their next class. So I got 'good' at cross country running, competed for the school and even joined an after-school club called 'Junior Muscles'!
What inspires you?
I'm in awe of everyone who puts their mind to something and gets better or makes progress towards their goal. I'm not someone who likes to be out of my comfort zone so all those who push themselves inspire me to push myself a little harder
Top training tip?
Don't beat yourself up for having an off-day, or off-week. Not being able to do something today (that you did last week) doesn't mean you won't do it tomorrow... our bodies aren't machines.
