12 Sessions


12 Fit For Good sessions, including one free session. Each one hour FFG exercise session is followed by a half-hour of social time with FREE coffee or tea.

Each session has a sign-up sheet to track attendance. Members may come to any of the sessions, as often as desired. If possible, before coming to your first session, please print off, fill out and bring with you this short form which will help your FFG trainer understand your fitness goals and will help you to set realistic short-term and long-term goals.
