Our professional trainers help you gain strength, balance, flexibility and stamina.

Sadly, in-person sessions have had to cease until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted but FREE online sessions are available; alternatively, you can join our live Zoom sessions.

There is a car park at this venue with plenty of spaces.

Payment Methods For Sompting In-person Sessions

  • Unlimited
    £34 per month (approx. £4.25 per class) paid by monthly standing order. Provides access to the class each week. If you miss a class, or a class is cancelled, then you lose the class (no compensation).
    Booking Priority: sessions can be booked a full 7 days before the session date.
  • Block of 8 Sessions
    £40 paid upfront (£5 per class) for a block of eight sessions to be used within three months from date of payment.  Any unused sessions at the end of the three-month period are lost.
    Booking Priority: sessions can be booked five days before the session date
  • Pay As You Go:
    £6 per session to be paid 72 hours ahead of each session or via card reader at the session.
    Booking Priority: sessions can be booked three days in advance.

Payment methods are by bank transfer or standing order. We are not able to accept cash payments.

All sessions MUST be booked in advance.

HOW TO BOOK A CLASS: A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

1. Email: bookings@fitforgood.com

2. Please use the following format for the subject line, editing the text within the square brackets accordingly:
[Full name] - booking for [class name] on [class date]

3. Please use the following format in the main body of the email, editing the text within the square brackets accordingly:
[Full name] would like to book onto the class/classes as specified in the subject line. By booking this class I agree that I feel healthy enough to exercise and I am not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.
